Quality
Assurance iScale
iConceptua Technologies Incs'
experience in test process evaluation and development and
considerable expertise in transferring that knowledge to
the client are principal themes in our success. As a result,
we've developed a quality evaluation method called the "Quality
Assurance iScale (patent pending)". This four-level iScale
process helps us determine quality assurance and quality
control models to stabilize the application's process and
accurately test the software for the required form, fit
and function.
Level 1:
This level is characterized by chaos, periodic frenzy, with
extra efforts required by staff to complete projects successfully.
Few if any processes in place due to which successes may
not be repeatable and results may not consistent.
Level 2:
Quality Assurance processes are in place ensuring some process
repeatability. This level includes organizations, which
have software-project tracking requirements management,
realistic planning and configuration management processes
in place; successful practices are repeatable. Consistency
of results - 40%.
Level 3:
Quality Assurance processes are in place through out the
organization. This level is characterized by presence of
standard software development and maintenance processes
integrated seamlessly throughout an organization, a software
engineering process group to oversee software processes,
and training programs are used to ensure understanding and
compliance. High degree of success in repeated practices.
Consistency of results - 70%.
Level 4:
Full Quality Assurance processes are in place and quality
is consistently high. An organization reaches the zenith
of quality assurance for its products in this level. In
this metrics are used to track productivity, processes and
products. Project performance is predictable and quality
is consistently high.
